My 911 information was correct, but I went through the process again. Works sporadically. Like right now, WiFi calling was not enabled. I turned off the LTE option, and immediately T-Mobile WiFI appeared on my phone. I just turned LTE back on, and the WiFi calling display disappeared. AT&T's and VZW's is cellular preferred, with no way to change it on any. Cellular preferred usually exhibits this behavior, not WiFi, unless the WiFi signal is occasionally poor enough to warrant dropping it. I am also having this problem. I have called several times and tech support has not provided a solution. I use wifi calling on my other device and it works fine so it's not a wifi strength issue. They also ruled out it being a device issue. This is a new line/device. I do not have T-mobile service where I live so I rely 100% on wifi calling.
